yamaha 50 hp wont come out of the hole

I have a 08 50 hp fuel injected 4 stroke that seems to be lacking fuel to come out of the hole to plane. I have had the injectors cleaned and new filters in them, and replaced the plugs and gas line. Any ideas out there?

Check compression, check fuel pressure and check for spark at spark plugs.

What should the compression be? I have 85 on 1 2 3 cyl and 90 on 4.
Have not found a guage to check fuel pressure, but what should it be?
Oops, I was told to take all spark plugs out and not let the motor run. When I did this i got 140psi across the board
