F200A Oil Pressure

I have a F200A, and when I reach about 4750 rpm (with the engine hot), the oil pressure warning blinks, buzzes and the revs drop to 2000. Switch off, and start the engine again, and everything is perfect until you reach 4750 again. Is this the pressure release valve, switch or what. I am desperate...........
