Yamaha tachometer w/rigging kit 6YR-W0035-E1-00

I recently purchased this tach with a new 09 F150. I installed and cant seem to get the oil and temp gauge running. I see there is a 4 prong plug that I cant find where it goes... if it goes anywhere. I could use some help on the engine side of this. is there an adaptor or ??

think you need the e2 gauge after '04

Oh great thanks, so dies the wire harness that would come with the E1 work with the E2 ? or is there an adaptor?

I am reading everywhere that the E1 is for 2005+ are you sure about this?
