150 pro v motor

I have a motor that will not run over 2500- 3000 rpms... Under load it just bogs like it don't have the power to push the boat anymore. I have changed plugs and cleaned all connections for the coils. What else do I need to look for?

cleaned carbs?
replaced lp fuel pumps?
compression check ?
replaced motor filter?

the carbs have not been too long ago rebuilt. and it has been a while on both the filters.. Should I have a fuel water sep. on it also? and what is the lp pumps?

definately separator,without it youll need to go thru fuel system again

low pressure lift pumps

ok, I have never heard of that pump.. Is that the ones that are on the side of the motor or is there some more that I dont know about?
