    3 questions:

    1) After a few days of sitting cold, my motor becomes hellish to start. It sometimes takes 5 or more minutes of cold starting before it finally fires off and stays running. Once running, it does great and will continue to run and re-start with a bump of the key for a few days. When cold like this, the fuel bulb is empty, but pumps up hard as a rock. I would assume that just by pumping the bulb that this would make gas available to the fuel pump which should pick it up and run from there? To me, it almost sounds like a pump that is slow to get prime, but I don't know what to think of this.

    2) The fuel pump in the center of the motor mounted on the bottom of motor case has a constant vibration/clicking in it when key powered on. Is this normal and if not, what could be causing this (maybe a replaceable solenoid?)?

    3) Regarding the pump in question 2, is this just a pick-up pump that sends fuel to the low-mid-high fuel pumps on the carburetor?

    Help.......

you really really need a service manual.
that electric pump has NOTHING top do with fuel to the carbs.
its simply for the enrichment circuit.
