2000 Yamaha 200 Z200TXRY

Motor tilts down OK, but had hesitated going up, required multiple tries. Now has stopped entirely. Both switches have the same result. All I hear is the relay clicking when I press up. Is it the relay? Can I switch wiring to be sure and if so which wires are switched?

You can switch the blue and green wires from the trim motor on the trim relay, just don't try to jump wires while they are connected to relay.
