2001 50 hp yamaha

i have a 50 hp yamaha with oil injection. started running sluggish prior to winter storage. May have gotten water in on board fuel tank but put sea foam in this spring and have not been able to get it running. engine starts easily and runs smooth for about 10-15 seconds and dies. will restart again after a 10-15 second wait. thought auto choke was sticking but no change with the solenoid disconnected. tried multiple starting to ensure gas is clean. drained all three carb bowls and cleaned fuel filter but still will not run beyond 10-15 seconds
