Oil Filter Differences

I'm about to change the oil for the first time on my 2008 Yamaha F50.
The oil filter currently installed is 5GH-13440-20, but the Yamaha Oil Change kit (LUB-MRNSM-KT-10) for the F50 comes with part number 5GH-13440-00, which I understand, is 5mm longer than my current filter. Should I go ahead and order it or just place the order for the parts separately and get the one I have now?

5GH-13440-20-00(shorter one) is the correct part number for your engine but either one will work, the cowling will clear it.
