#3 cylinder has oil

When I pull the lower plug (#3)of my 1988 - 50 HP - Yahama I find that the plug is wet with oil after I have run the engine for about 1/2 hour is this because the oil injection system is adjusted to rich? The engine seems to be running very well inspite of the oil on the plug

are you sure it is not just extra fuel from a pin hole in fuel pump diaphragm?
