Highest horsepower 4 cyl Yammie?

In recent years, 1980's - 2000's what was the highest horsepower 2 stroke Yamaha made above their 3 cyl. 90, but in a 4 cylinder design?

I am interested in repowering an 18.5 foot boat with above a 90, but no more than a 150 hp engine, but hoping for a lighter 4 cylinder version.

a 140 V4 that was never imported to the US, a 130 and a 115.
