2003 ox66 3.1 250hp. rpm

I can not turn more than 5300 rpms. I was able to to hit 6100. I have replaced the plugs, filters, diaphrams, chked O2 sensor, yet I can not improve. Hole shot seems a little sluggish.

On a diff note my trim also tops out at 25% when under WOT. no issue at idle

replace all fuel filters, clean vst and high pressure fuel pump screen. then send off injectors to be patterned and cleaned and flow tested, insist on test results before and after cleaning

max RPM on that engine is 5500, dont push it.
max trim is about 20* when under load.
this prevents dumb bass operators from over triming and damaging the transom bracket.
