        cant help with the language.
my wife speaks some Italian, some french, some portugese and is fluent in spanish.
she is from Caracas VE .
I speak only english, kind of.
        how long is this boat?
        how wide?
        flat bottom or V bottom?
        what size is the propellor?
about how heavy is this boat?
never heard of this hull nor have I ever seen one.

is this engine new out of the box or used ?

it is a used engine 1 year old .. boat size and weight has nothing to motren not going as it should.

boat size and propellor size can have EVERYTHING to do with engine RPM.
unlike autos marine engines do not have multiple gear reductions.
try going up a hill from a standing start in the highest gear your auto has.
now you have to figgure the hull design and loaded weight then look at the propellor size.
there are several net based prop calculators.
easist way is to simply install yamaha test wheel YB1611 and see if the RPM will spin about 5800 RPM.
if it will chase your hull/rigging issue.
if it wont then chase engine issues.

Overloaded and over propped motors will not reach the proper WOT RPMs.

Check to see if all cylinders are sealing properly with a leak down test or compression test.

Check to see if all plugs are firing properly with a spark tester.

Check to see if timing is advancing as the motor specs call for.

If all this is good then look at fuel pressures, filters, bad injectors, etc.

do you have a service manual that gives the specs for your motor?
I do not have the specs, but was wondering if the TPS voltage is correct or not.
.96v at 750 rpm and 1.1v at 2,450 rpm does not seem right to me, but I am not sure what it should be. hopefully Rodbolt or someone else that does know will give you some input on this read out

also I see that the Diagnosis Record shows Total hours of operation at 182
And the Data Logger only shows Engine hours at 8
I thought these should match up
