HPDI 200 V-Max Oiling Headache!

2003 HPDI 200 won't fill oil tank without using emergency switch. I have replaced the remote tank harness(the old one was spliced and corroded) and the CDI control(OUCH $$). the engine tank sensor(s)test good. The engine is model# VZ200TLRB. Please help, I'm losing patience, money and confidence in Yamaha.

I also would like to know how many wires should be coming from the engine oil tank sender. I have from the tank a blk, blue/red(2), blue/wht, blue/grn and the connector at the other end has the same plus a yellow/red, that is not connected to anything.
