I installed a combination digital tach, hour meter, etc. including the two Yamaha cable sets. Only the tach and hour meter work. Do I need senders for the others? Engine is a 2002 50 HP 4 stroke. Both ends of the long cable are plugged in (two plugs each) and all the other wires from the meter are plugged in to corresponding colored wires on the shorter cable.

Make sure the dip switch's in back of tach are set for a 2002 F50.
Switch 1 down (off)
Switch 2 down (off)
Switch 3 up (on)
