will this tiller arm work on my motor?

I have a 2000 yamaha 30, 3 cyl 2 stroke and was wondering if this tiller will bolt up to my motor. i know i'll have to do some custom work to make the shift and throttle work. i just like the fact that it's longer, has a shifter in a better location, and has tilt/trim switch (as i have a CMC tilt unit).

That is the new tiller handle body, fitting kits have to purchased separately and made for newer 40hp and up models.

so, will it bolt up to my motor? i know the throttle and shift linkage will have to be rigged up, i just want to know if it will mount to my swivel bracket. i can take care of the rest.
