Year of Manufacture and Getting a Manual

I have a Yamaha 2 stroke outboard with the following letters on the plate: 90AETO 6H1 L 476445, and at the bottom right, the letter D. Surfing around I've found a thread telling me the D indicates a year of manufacture of 1990. Is this correct? (I'm in the UK if that matters.)

I need to know the year as I want to get a service manual for the engine, so I can get it ready for the water. Where is the best place to get a manual? Are they available on line?

Finally, does anybody sell a parts pack for this level of service?
