I have installed a Yahama Water Pressure Gauge on my 90 2/s and as I run the boat on the water I get no reading, However if I put pressure from my air hose I get a good reading???? Any ideas?????? Thank You

Apparently you do not have it hooked up to something that has water pressure while motor is running -

I have two boats with the same 90 2/s. On the other boat the gauge is already in place and working fine. I installed the new gauge and fittings just like the other one???????

Does water come out of the fitting if you pull the hose off?
If not then there is something wrong with that fitting, passages are plugged,or your water pump is not pumping water as it shouldComment

I took the fitting off the block, ran the motor and no water came out. I ran a small piece of wire all around the hole in the head. I didn't find any crust or anything. At this point I'm wondering if it is something the head that is stopping the water flow. Thank you for your help. Billy TComment
