Installation / dimensions for 703 Premium side control

I am currently switching boat hulls, i'm trying to work out the best place to mount the controls 703 Premium controls (Yamaha F9.9 Accessories, Yamaha F9.9 703 Premium Side Control) on my fletcher 140 GTO.

I'm looking for any dimensions or technical drawings to determine the best place for it, also any help in the installation.

Is there anyone that could help?
