Motor oil tank fill...how long?

Anyone know what the motor oil tank fill time interval is?
Motor is 2004 150hp carb

remote tank full, engine tank close to empty.
turn the key on.
engine oil tank fill mode will turn the pump on for 180 seconds.
at key on you should 3 bars flashing,and an audible alarm.

The boat does not have digital Yamaha gauges, only a red light for low oil.

cant help it was never rigged correctly.
but in that case you should see the redlamp flash and the audible until the level hits about the low mark on the engine tank and the pump will still run 180 seconds.
less if the tank level hits the full mark.

If it does not fill by the 180 then you need to look for restriction in line or filter is plugging

I checked the filter...good, pump makes a knocking sounds, not sure it that's normal.
I guess I'll replace the sensor in the motor tank, I get low oil light and rpm reduction, and it fillled automaticly a couple times but other times, wont fill. Can the sensor work intermittently?
It's weird, the one time I could hear it filling, I turned key off then back on and pump never started filling again, even though level was low.

Rodbolt, could I take the oil sensor off my 150 carb VMax to see if it works on this 150 carb motor?
