Oil alarm

I have a yamaha 130 2000 model. The oil alarm kept going on when we trimed the motor down. It went off when we raised the motor . We figured out all it was the oil level in the emergency tank on the side of the motor was low.i was told awhile ago youre suppose to have 3 solid bars on the bottom of the tack.i have one solid and one blinking can someone tell me what that means? there is no emergency tank on that motor.
which one is blinking, far right,middle or far left??
