I have a 2009 9.9 2 stroke, looking to increase power. It appears that the 15hp 2 stroke shares most of the same parts; pistons, crank, carburetor, coil, etc. I did see that the reed valve assembly is different. I was not able to find a comparison on the ECM, so I don't know if that is different, though I suspect it would be. Wondering if it is possible to switch to the necessary 15hp components to achieve more power, or are there other options I not thinking of. Thanks.
