I had posted an inquiry a few months ago about whether gear oil gets changed when a water pump is done. Service manual says yes. I can see why not. I had my pumps done by a Yamaha shop. 3 months later when I was winterizing, oil had water in it. I called them and they said, "yes, oil gets changed with that service". Are they BS'ing me that they changed they oil or is there an issue now from the work they performed?
