Yamaha 40 HP 2000 2 stroke

I have a 40 HP Yamaha 2 stroke
It was running well then I converted it from manual Start to Electric Start
Now no spark at all. The elecric start performs well but I have lost all spark
Any ideas?

Landyard switch?

I did this once at lake, when I got home had to have brew lol.

look at the CDI assy, follow the white wire from the CDI to the bullet connector.
unplug the white wire and see if spark returns.
if it does find where the white wire is grounded.

Thanks for the info it turned out to be a faulty Pulsar coil
