diagnosis code -73-

i have a 250 four stroke and it is ideling high. the diagnosis code is -73-. does anyone know what this means, or how can i find a list of codes on a saturday afternoon?

73 is Oil Control Valve, Stbd. Needs to checked with computer diagnostic program and check operation of valve.
