Still looking for help with 25 hp yamaha four stroke very hard to start in the morning but after that it runs great.

need a full model number so I can positivly Id the carb variation.
pictures would be faster.

thats a mercury designed motor.
its also one of the hardest to rebuild the carb.
its almost identicle to the merc built 40 carb.
when its cold try racking the throttle 4 times then try starting it.
if that doesnt work you will most likly have the fuel bowl off to inspect the accelerator pump assy and the electrothermal valve off to inspect the needle assy.

Just got my computer back. I just tried turnung throttle 4 times still wont start. What is the electrothermal valve?

Sounds like you need to find a service manual for your motor and read up.
