I was wondering if this software and cable were worth the money I mean $105 for the software and $287 for the cable..(that is one pricey cable)..and from what I understand they are back ordered for months...go figure..Is there another less costly option?? I know how to use a solder iron...LOL

I was not sure just what it would do that I need done..even the blinky thing is a bit pricey..it seems that I end up working on my motors and all of my friends..so I try to figure out the best way to troubleshoot motors..But I cannot afford to just shuck out $$ if no need.Comment

I thought the winky blinky was less that $100 and if will show codes it would be nice to have.
If you can not get the software and cable because of it being back ordered then I would not worry too much about ordering it.
I am sure it would be good to have while working on some motors, just like having the new stuff for autos, but if you cannot get it why worry about it.
It would be nice if someone came up with the wiring diagram and pinout for both, but I have seen or heard of it anywhere.Comment

yea..i will probably have to get the blinky thing..but $100 for a small light bulb??? go figure. Seems they could have put a small led light in there for you stock. or let if flash out to the smart gauge like many cars do. Guess they need some more corporate jets. If i had the capital I would produce aftermarket outboard parts. If you find a diagram let me know.Comment
