This is an old engine (Number: 4AC 6EO 067742) believed to be 1980 vintage.
The valve(?)I am referring to is below the tank and is opened and closed via the connecting rod that is operated by the turn switch at the front of the engine.
The valve leaks when turned on but seals ok in the off position. If anyone knows if this can be serviced or exchanged I would be grateful to know.
