Fuel line connections from pump bulb to motor

I noticed on my new to me 90tlry that connector female to male connection is missing little oring. If i bend connection while hooked up you can hear fuel escaping. Looked at factory parts list and looks like there should be a little rubber ring to seal it up. Is this part missing?

The Yamaha connectors use a seal not a oring, some aftermarket ones may use an oring.
