My 2002 90 tlra engine only runs on two cyclinders I think one of the three carbs are fouled. Last time it ran great which was in september it's been set up since. I would like to clean all three but i need some help. Where can I get some instructions on online?

Which one is not firing properly?
If it is #3 the check the fuel pump for hole or tear that would dump fuel into the crank case.
Make sure the compression is good on all 3 cylinders and check for proper spark on all plug wires with a spark tester. If all of that is good then pull and clean the carbs.
Pick up a Yamaha service manual for your motor and read up on all that is needed to reset carbs after reinstalled.
Search the forum or the web and read what all has been written about cleaning carbs if the manual does not give the info you need -
