Parts for 07 25MSH

Need some help!
I just purchased a 07/ 25 MSH outboard tiller(6L2K-S-1027797H) ? and i am installing it on a 12 Foot APEX dinghy and i am wanting to make it elec start.
Here are the parts I am looking into.

1-Starter conversion kit/ if not peice it
2-Forward Control to mount to the helm with cables
3-A steering link arm

sell it, buy a new 4 stroke with what you need.
will cost about the same.
what your asking for is close to 2000 dollars worth of parts.
nuts, but it is what it is.
however I may wish to buy a 25 MSH for my 14 jon.
also look on this site, they still have some leftover 25 2 strokes, or did a few days ago.
