I have a 2004 40TLRC tiller steer motor that I want to convert to remote steer. The motor currently has electric start and power trim that I would also want to convert. I am having a difficult time understand what parts would be need to make the conversion. Please help.

That model number(40TLRC) is a remote control model, was probably converted to a tiller model. As long as the original hardware is still on it to connect control cables then would need,
63D-61350-00-00 Steering Guide
63D-48511-10-00 Steering Hook
703-48207-17-10 703 side mount control box
and two MAR-CABLE-xx-SC(replace xx with length cables needed) Control Cables. -
It has been converted to a tiller (Yamaha parts) and there were not additional parts provided when I purchased it...

i have a T25 elec,t/t,... 703 remote and its 2 months old.
check with yammi service reps online and see if my rig will do for you then if so maybe we can see how much shipping is worth. also i have a new (2 mo old ) teleflex cable and steering box and wheel for sale . the remote i would like to trade , but the steering equip is 100. if interested ,please leave a message here or at boomag@tampabay.rr.com.(central florida.)
