Help! I have a 2003 75hp 4 stroke yamaha it had been sitting for a year drained out bad gas took off carbs and put in a carb soaker rebuilt carbs and installed ran ok on hose two or three different times went to fire up today and now i have no fire already disabled saftey cut off and still nothing whats next?

How did you disable the safety switch? -
no start
tried both ways left unhooked and put wires together and also checking real close i have fire but it is very weak will not fire on stevens spark tester but put plug in wires and ground out the spark is very weak plugs are clean and put in a little over a year ago thanksComment

jumping together will act just like pulling the lanyard off keeping it from firing, Just checking to see if you were doing that.
Looks like you need to pick up a manual and test equipment to start testing the inputs and output on the CDI.Comment
