Need multi function tach wiring info help

Installing late style multi function gauges(6YR-W0035-F2) on 1996 yamaha 115. I know these gauges are for 2005 and newer engines. On the tach I read that I would need adapter harness 6Y5-85335-10-00 to make the trim and oil level portion work. I know my engine has the two plugs and the new style only has one. The two green wires for the oil level gauge I beleive will be pretty simple and I think I got those connected right. Its the trim wires that is giving me a hard time.My engine has a pink, orange, black and a gray wire gray wire does not plug into anything.The new harness has a pink and a grey wire.(and the two green wires for oil sensor) Does anybody know which wires go together to get the trim gauge to work?? Maybe a 2005 newer wiring diagram? Help is much appreciated. Happy New Year
