2004 f60 tlrc tilt trim problems help

The switches at throttle and Cowling both work down but not up.

When switched down clicking noise at relay assembly from both throttle and cowling switches.

Followed blue and green wires from motor to relay assembly and they both terminate at same terminal on relay assemblty. So I'm confused. How could it be relay? Are their two relays in assembly? Can I replace individual relays or do I have to spend $$$$ on whole relay assembly?

I meant when switched up they made clicking sound

its a double relay in a single box.
if the trim motor will run down and not up its either a control issue or a relay issue.
as it clicks when you hit up its most likly a relay issue.
as you may have noticed that relay isnt cheap but it is avalible from this site.
