Exhaust plate has been cleaned and carefully inspected no cracks or pit marks on plate. Both heads have been carefully examined cleaned and no visable corrosion and V block, I can,t understand where the water is coming from. A little more info cylinder presures R 35psi, L 115psi, Bottom R 115 and Bottom L 45psi

the engine is simply blown up.
ex pressures from the working cylinders can and will force water into the non working cylinders ex ports.
in the intrest of not confusing simple minds like mine how about we use standard marine terminology.
starting with bow, stern, port and starboard.
bow is always the end usually pointy at the front, stern is always the aft end, port is always port, left side when looking at the bow, and starboard is always starboard.
port side engine bank are cylinders 2 and 4, stbd bank are cylinders 1 and 3.
can you post pictures of the cylinder walls on the cylinders with low compression?

Sorry Rodbolt. it's the Port 4cyl and the stbt 1cyl both cyl bores are have suffered no visible damage (ie scoring).

with compression numbers that low either you did the test wrong or that engine has mechanical issues.
either stuck/broken rings or a cyl issue.
were it me, I would rerun the test.
if it still failed I would do a teardown and inspection.
