On-Water Emergency Parts

Whith the years of accumulated experiences on this forum, I have a question I hope yall can answere.

What would be your drop dead emergency spare parts list for leaving the marina?

From this i can put together a tool list (any sugestions here will be apreciated also) and become proficient at making the implied repairs prior to the need arising on the water!

Good question - and a lot of boat owners don't think about this until the need arises. The bare minumum tool kit can vary from boat to boat, but this is what I have come up with so far. You really can't do a heck of a lot on the water, but what I am willing to try should be covered by the following:
wire cutters
screw drivers - slotted and philips
longnose pliers
regular pliers
tape (both electrical and duct)
tie wrap
wire jumper (18 ga. min - for power t/t)
battery jumpers (optional)
battery wrenches (if needed to swap batteries)
digital multi-meter
flashlite
socket wrench for ***** motor prop
shear pin for ***** motor prop
socket wrench for relay contacts
pull rope for outboard
spare bungee cord
spark plug and wrench
spare prop and wrench
spare fuses

I am sure there is more - any suggestions?
Also, you want to come up with a first aid kit and an emergency distress signaling kit.
