Yamaha 200 adjusting

Hi,

I have Yamaha 200 -84 and carburetors with single floats.
How much is float heigh ,manual says 0,5" ,but actually ,all are almost 1" ?

I have power problem in high RPM:s and float heigh can cause that ???

i would worry much less about your floats changing height than your whole fuel system. check all lines and junctions, pickup tube for debris,water seperator, remove the quick disconnect at motor/run it direct, check fuel pumps and most probable your carbs are dirty.
