Pilot setting on a F25ELHB 4 stroke..PLEASE HELP!!

I'm trying to rebuild my first carb...it was'nt running too good and stumbling between 1/4 throttle and half throttle...so i'm rebuilding and cleaning...i've replace floating assembly and seat...my question is this is their a polit setting on this carb? because it was bottomed out when i took it out ,is it a fixed orficed jet where its not set...just tighten it in?? And what would be setting if it has to be set?? I use it on cold mornings for duck hunting and would like to fix it before i get break down...please help thankyou Honkers41

ELHB comes up[ with nothing.
the diagram for an F25tlrb shows only pilot air and fuel jets.
can ya bost some clear pics of the carb?
