My motor sat all summer and fall and when I started it last week having changed the gas it would not idle. The mechanics at the drydock facility hewre in San Jose del Cabo took off the carb and worked on it and replaced it. Now it starts right away and idles perfectly. It also runs well at full throttle but it can't seem to run smoothly at manuvering speed. It won't hold the rpms. It drops down to idle then back up to the original rpm. The mechanics are stumped. Any ideas out there?
