1998 225- ignition switch failure

I have 1998 twin 225hp. One of my switches has failed. Can I purchase a replacement switch or do I have to purchase the entire two switch panel?

I can't seem to find any schematics or part no.'s for Yamaha switches?

look at the diagram for an SX200 in the 1999 range.
not all models list all the parts.
yes that single keyswitch is avalible.

Can anyone confirm that the yamaha part# 6K1-82570-08-00(twin ignition switch assembly) will work on twin 1998 model S225 TXRW's ??

boats.net shows switches only for 2005 model year.
