60hp 2 stroke wot problem

2002 60hp 2 stroke wot problem. Starts fine,runs fine untill. After 4000 rpms it boggs down. Its getting plenty fuel. I disabled the alarm for the oil float a long time ago and mix each tank myself not sure if it matters but has been running fine untill now.. thinking it might be an electricial problem. Thanks for any help!!

Run a compression test, test spark at plugs to see if loosing fire.
