Binnacle Cable anchor

Hey Guys,

New to the forum and first time Yamaha owner. I have a 1996 Yamaha ProV150 hp.

The part I am looking for is the anchor that attaches the cable to the bottom of the binnacle. I have included pics below that show the broken part on the left. It appears that it should be attached like the one on the right.


Any suggestions on how to fix this is appreciated!

That is not a Yamaha brand control box, may be a Morse or Teleflex control box not sure.

Thanks. Yeah I found out it was a Teleflex. I emailed Teleflex and the helped me locate the part number I needed. I was then able to find the part online for 30 bucks.
