2004 F150 4 stroke

Has anyone had the following issues. Engibe starts and runs great. After warmed up if you put it in gear slowly it will stall, starts right back up and then its ok, Second issue I have been having is after it warms up occanisally I hear a sqwelling sound, It goes away They have replaced a bearing in the upper housing twice but seems to only lasttwo months. They tell me that if the bearing goes bad it will not hurt the engine. Bearing looks like a bunch of rolled pins in a plastic houlder.

Engine may need to be synchronized and check settings. Probably need to drop gearcase and grease drive shaft spilnes and portion of shaft below splines where oil pump seals ride on shaft to stop noise.

post a pic of what was replaced or at least a part number.
could be nothing could be a sign of impending failure that may be covered.
the stalling is normal and can be fixed if you have the service manual, a digital voltmeter and an understanding of why the ISC valve is there.
