The 2009 F250BTUR USA model uses a 6BR-8591A-00-00 ECU but dont see a 6BR-8591A-10-00 listed.

careful
only 2 ECU failures I have seen in the past 5 years were both caused by faulty speedometer or water pressure sensor failures.
other than that the ECU is bullit proof.
and rather pricey.
