250 Hp 4 Stroke, start and stop when warm

I have a Yamaha 250 Hp 4 Stroke Engine with now 923 houre Working. When the Engine its cold, start property and work perfect. When i Stop for 40 Minutes and want start again the Engine starts an stop by self. Same symtom as the Engine get no patrol. But petrol its full and all its clean. When i wait for more time and the Engine its cold i can start again no problem. Yamaha check all with computer but no the see no problem. I dont no what tho do. What can this be. Check to see if fuel cooler is plugged up and not allowing water to pass through it, number 28 in this diagram Yamaha Outboard Parts 2006 and Later 4-stroke F250TUR 6P2-1002899 FUEL INJECTION PUMP 1 Diagram

if the water pump tell tale is working the cooler is ok.
as is the water cooled voltage regulator.
if you get a chance post back, there are a few quirks on the F250.
