Tilt question.1985 40hp yahama el start 40ETLK 6H4-L with oil injection.
The tilt just does not want to raise, however goes down just fine. Where do i need to start to trouble shoot.?
tilt motor looks bad from outside. It has a single ram.
vent screw hard to get too with motor all the way down.?
Any suggestions will be considered and tried.
