2001 250ox66 flash code 13

I have a 250 ox66 efi and in testing it with a friends flash code tester we came up with a code 13. What does this mean? I have ordered a shop manual but have not yet received it. Will these codes be in the manual?

I cant help you with codes but would like to know what kind of tester it was, what it can test for, and where I can get one

Yamaha manual indicate a code 13 is "incorrect pulser coil input signal".
