Gauges and Wiring Harness

I have a 1990 Gulfstream with 2000 150HP HPDI motors. At some point a previous owner changed the gauges to Yamaha LCD gauges: multi-function tachs and multifunction speedo. The gauges aren't the original 1990 gauges and they aren't the 2000 gauges, somewhere in between. I've been offered a set of new 2000 gauges with the fuel management system(FMS) and want to make the swap. The question is: Does the wiring harness come attached to the gauges or is there a connector somewhere that separates the harness from the gauges? Bottom line is this, can I changes the gauges without changing the entire harness. I know I'll need new wiring for the FMS but what else am I getting into? The back of my instrument panel is a real rat's nest so I'm hesitant to get too carried away.

Gauges from 1994 to 2004 use same wiring harness, the fuel management gauge should come with wire harness and flow sensors.
