Does anyone have a manual for the 2006 version of the 704 Binnacle control in PDF? Thanks in advance. Also, does anyone know if the top cover is a snap on type? Trying to remove it to reverse the throttle action. Thank you!

The top cover has 4 screws and also has 4 locator pins in front and back of cover holding it on.
