Help Replaceing Engine Brackets

Hi - I am seeing corrosion around the grease zerk's on my Yam 200 HPDI.
Does anyone know if its possible to replace the bracket components with the motor still on the boat (supported at the base), at least the outer left and right bracket pieces?

The motor would have to be held up with a hoist to replace them.
